Raffle Roles

Each team will initially be given 10 tickets for each family on their team. For families with children on more than one team the oldest child will have tickets given to their team.

The raffle chairperson, team manager and a witness will sign for the transaction. Once the ticket exchange is signed the team manager is completely responsible for those tickets.

Each family will have 10 ($20) raffle tickets each to sell as a minimum. Each of the families will be given a sequence of tickets with their ticket numbers recorded against their names. As the tickets are distributed both the family member, team manager and a witness will sign for the exchange. Once the ticket exchange is signed the family is completely responsible for those tickets. If they are lost or misplaced the family has essentially bought them.

When all or part of the tickets are sold by the families both the numbered ticket stubs and the cash proceeds will be turned back to the manager. Both parties and a witness will sign for the transaction. Getting more tickets to the families after the previous lot is returned will follow the same process as above to get another lot of tickets. Once the ticket exchange is signed the team manager is completely responsible for those tickets and the money.

The manager will turn both the numbered ticket stubs and the cash proceeds to the raffle chairperson. Both parties and a witness will sign for the transaction.
